However, manufactured homes have to be brand new, so you can't buy existing home/land set ups. Also, stick-built homes can't be anymore than 10 years old.

Whenever you get a job the first thing you want to know after salary is what the benefits are. What kind of health insurance plan can we get with your company? The truth is, that depends on what insurance company they choose. It also depends on how much money they are willing to spend on each plan. Of course the best prices only occur at group packages. These plans make obtaining insurance incredibly affordable in contrast to an individual health insurance plan.
